Google Gemini Enterprise is a workplace AI app that lets employees search company data, draft content and run agents from a single prompt. It connects to Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint, HubSpot, Jira, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace so answers are grounded in business information. It generates text, images and video, and produces emails, reports and presentations in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace formats. The Business edition starts at $21 per seat per month, Standard and Plus start at $30, and a 30-day trial is available.

Its buyers range from small teams to regulated enterprises. The Business edition is aimed at small businesses with up to 300 seats and needs no IT setup, while Standard and Plus add enterprise IT controls, unlimited seats and compliance features such as VPC-SC, customer-managed encryption keys and data residency, with HIPAA and FedRAMP High workloads in mind. Non-technical staff can build agents in the drag-and-drop Workflow Builder, while IT and security administrators manage agent permissions and policies from one view. Developers on higher editions can bring their own agents built with Google's Agent Development Kit.

Typical uses include marketing teams analyzing market trends and generating campaign content, sales and HR groups searching across siloed systems, engineering teams using Standard and Plus add-ons, and finance staff automating reporting. Prebuilt Google agents such as Deep Research deliver value from day one, and custom or third-party agents can be added on Standard and Plus. Organizations with 20 or more seats who prefer usage-based billing can choose the pay-as-you-go option with a $0 seat fee, paying only for tokens, memory and compute.
