AI Tools Time provides digital promotional services for AI tools, including but not limited to:
- Fast Listing – Priority review and publication within 48 hours
- Verified Listing – Verified badge with extended visibility
- Quick Boost – 3-day featured placement and promotion
- Standard Promotion – 7-day featured placement and promotion
- Extended Visibility – 15-day featured placement and promotion
These services are digital in nature and begin processing immediately upon payment confirmation.
Full Refund Available
- Before service delivery: If your listing has not yet been reviewed or published, you may request a full refund.
- Service not delivered: If we fail to deliver the promised service within the specified timeframe (e.g., Fast Listing not processed within 48 hours), you are entitled to a full refund.
- Duplicate payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same service in error.
- Technical failure: If a technical issue on our end prevented your service from being activated.
Partial Refund or Credit
- Service partially delivered: If your promotional period was interrupted due to issues on our end, we will provide a prorated refund or extend your promotional period.
- Listing rejected after payment: If your AI tool submission does not meet our guidelines and is rejected, you will receive a full refund minus any processing fees.
Non-Refundable
- After listing is published: Once your AI tool has been reviewed, approved, and published on our platform, the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
- After promotional period starts: Once your featured placement or promotional period has begun, refunds are not available as the service is actively being delivered.
- Change of mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after purchase.
- Violation of terms: If your listing is removed due to violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided.
- Dissatisfaction with results: We cannot guarantee specific traffic or conversion results. Refunds are not available based on perceived performance.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number or payment confirmation
- Provide the email address used for the purchase
- Explain the reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Refund Request Timeframe
