Crelate is a recruiting platform that unifies sourcing, a recruiting CRM and applicant tracking, with agentic AI that finds talent, enriches records and recommends the next move. A Discovery Agent searches a database of up to 1 billion people and 20 million companies from a plain-language prompt. Pricing starts with Essentials at $85 per user per month billed annually, covering the ATS, CRM, job portal and resume parsing for up to 2 users and 20,000 contacts. Business costs $119 per user per month and adds an AI Assistant, client and team portals, and reporting. A free trial is offered.

The product serves three recruiting models. Executive search firms get relationship-first workflows, branded client and candidate portals and retained-mandate tracking. In-house talent teams get applicant tracking, automation, sequencing and time-to-fill reporting. Staffing and consulting agencies get high-volume sourcing, bulk email and text campaigns, and onboarding with federal and state compliance. It suits small agencies replacing spreadsheets as well as growing firms of 1,500-plus recruiting teams that need configurable pipelines, custom workflows and responsive support.

A recruiter can type a request such as senior React developers in Boise into Discovery, add the matches to a pipeline and drag candidates between stages while automated emails go out at each step. Living Resumes keep candidate histories current, and sequences nurture past applicants so the database stays useful. Staffing teams run bulk campaigns, then move placed candidates into Crelate Hire for onboarding checklists, tax forms and WOTC handling. Back-office connections reach HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics and payroll or HCM systems through the Data Sync service, while Business Plus adds a full API.
