A free AI video generator is an online tool that uses artificial intelligence to create video content from text descriptions or static images. Instead of filming with a camera or editing in Premiere Pro, you simply type a prompt describing the scene you want to see (e.g., "A cyberpunk city street at night with neon lights reflecting on wet pavement") or upload an image and let AI animate it into a dynamic video. The AI handles everything — composition, motion, visual effects, and rendering — in the background. No software to install, no steep learning curve, no monthly subscription bill.
