Inliner is an image service built around the URL. You write an address that names a project and describes the image plus a size, such as a spring campaign hero at 1200 by 600, and the first request generates it with a suitable model. The result is cached and served from a Cloudflare edge network at a stable address, so the same URL keeps working in websites, emails, documents and agent workflows. Integration can be as simple as an image tag, with a CLI, an MCP server, an API and SDKs for JavaScript, Python, Go and PHP for deeper use. Assets live in project namespaces with AI tagging, metadata and search. Pricing is credit based, with Cheap Mode at one credit and Standard at four, and plans named Free, Basic, Standard and Pro.
Inliner serves several groups. Developers can drop a descriptive image URL into markup and have it resolve to a real asset, replacing placeholders. Users of AI coding agents such as Cursor, Codex CLI and other MCP-compatible tools can let the agent generate, edit and manage images inside the session through the MCP server. Agencies and email marketers get per-client namespaces, shared credits and links that do not break in old templates. No-code builders using Webflow, Framer, Carrd or any CMS can paste a URL into an image field without involving a designer. Teams can add API keys and shared access, which helps when several people produce visuals on a schedule.
Typical uses include generating an empty-state illustration for an app straight from the markup, producing newsletter headers per client for recurring sends, and filling a portfolio or landing page with hero images without a design handoff. Coding agents can create README visuals or documentation graphics as part of a task. Because each image is generated once and then cached, hard-coding the URL in a production template or an email campaign is safe, and the same asset renders on a site, CMS, newsletter and app interface. Existing images can be edited in plain English or resized to exact pixel dimensions, and Studio is available when you want to guide the result by hand.
