Final Round AI is a desktop interview assistant for macOS and Windows that listens to a live interview and privately streams a suggested answer a few seconds after each question. The answers appear in a floating window that stays out of screen shares and recordings, and the same app also covers practice sessions and written debriefs. Screen Help reads coding problems, diagrams or documents on screen and produces full written solutions beside your short spoken answer.

Job seekers at any stage use it, from graduates preparing for a first technical screen to experienced engineers, product managers and analysts moving between roles. It fits people who freeze under pressure, candidates interviewing in a second language, and anyone running several application loops at once. Each job lives in a Goal that holds the role, resume and supporting materials, so the AI interviewer and the suggested answers already know the context. More than 10 million job seekers across 80+ countries have used it.

Typical scenarios include rehearsing behavioral questions the night before a panel, drilling system design with the AI interviewer, and running a salary negotiation or recruiter screen practice. During a real call on Zoom, Meet, Teams or Webex, the app detects behavioral, coding, system design, case and domain questions without switching modes. It also works with coding platforms such as HackerRank and CoderPad, and phone screens can be handled through a second device. After every session a plain-language debrief lands in History, flags weak spots, and feeds the next practice round.

Frequently asked

6 questions
How does Final Round AI help during a live interview?
It listens to the call and privately streams a short suggested answer a few seconds after each question. The window is hidden from screen sharing and recordings, so you read it and respond in your own words.
Who is Final Round AI built for?
Job seekers preparing for or sitting interviews, including technical candidates facing coding and system design rounds. Each job is stored as a Goal with the role, resume and materials attached.
Can I use it to practice before an interview?
Practice Interview launches from a Goal and offers eight scenarios: General, Coding, System Design, Behavioral, Product Case, Data / ML, Salary Negotiation and Recruiter Screen. Re-drill replays the weak spots flagged in your last debrief.
What does the post-interview debrief contain?
When a session ends, a plain-language debrief is written automatically with what worked, what to fix and how ready you sound. It is saved to History and the Goal's Sessions tab, and readiness signals update the Goal.
What are the system requirements?
This is a desktop app for macOS 14.4 or later and Windows. Suggestions are meant to be glanced at and spoken in your own words, not read out verbatim.
Which interview platforms does it work with?
Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Webex, HackerRank, CoderPad and phone screens through another device are all supported. Answer language and code language are chosen per session in Preflight.
