Cloudgeni is an agentic AIOps service for cloud infrastructure. Its agents find what needs attention, investigate the cause and prepare a fix as infrastructure-as-code. They never deploy directly: every change arrives as a pull request after plan execution and policy checks, and routine changes can merge automatically while critical paths wait for human review. Separate agents handle compliance remediation, drift and import, cost optimization, pull request review, CI/CD pipelines, chat-based DevOps requests and SRE root-cause analysis, with a Custom Agent for user-defined schedules. Integrations start read-only and run in sandboxed environments.
The service is meant for platform engineering, DevOps, security and compliance, SRE and FinOps teams that manage Terraform or Bicep estates in Azure, AWS and similar clouds. Security teams can use it to clear findings from scanners, while platform teams give other developers a chat interface that turns intent into validated IaC with their own templates and rules. Enterprise buyers get RBAC, SSO and SAML, per-tenant isolation, approval policies written in plain English and an audit trail exportable to a SIEM. Customers cited include Norsk Hydro and Posten.
The compliance agent turns findings from Prowler, Security Hub, Defender or Checkov into IaC changes mapped to frameworks such as CIS, SOC2, ISO 27001 and NIS2. The drift agent discovers resources created in the console and reconciles them as pull requests. The cost agent finds idle resources and proposes rightsizing as code, so savings arrive as pull requests rather than reports. The review agent checks each pull request for misconfigurations before merge, and the pipeline agent runs Terraform plan, Bicep what-if and policy checks through GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Azure Pipelines. Teams can book a demo or start free.
