Email Genius is an email marketing platform that uses AI to write a different email for every customer. Instead of building segments and sending one broadcast, you configure it once and the AI chooses the product, the message and the timing for each person, including recurring campaigns that keep running automatically. The vendor reports a 57 percent open rate, 7.7 percent clicks and 3.6 percent conversion in a full-list, no-discount comparison, against a 7.3 percent open rate and 0.3 percent conversion for a traditional broadcast. These figures come from its own client campaigns measured in May 2026. The interface is available in English and Italian, and a demo shows the numbers directly.
Email Genius is built for businesses with sizable customer lists and purchase history, particularly e-commerce brands and B2B distributors. Marketing managers who lack the time or staff to build and maintain segments are the clearest audience, since no dedicated team member is needed. It is also relevant to companies paying for enterprise platforms that the vendor says start above one thousand dollars per month, because activation is described as a one-minute self-service step. The company states plainly that it is not for everyone, and brands with very small or unprofiled lists may see less benefit than those with thousands of customers to personalize for.
Two case studies illustrate the use. A fashion brand with 25,000 profiled customers replaced bulk sending and reports open rates of 61 to 64 percent compared with 7 percent before, plus 560 extra orders and 74,000 euros of incremental revenue. A B2B spare parts and automation distributor with 150,000 contacts ran two promotional rounds with a smaller discount and reports 1,721 orders and 293,000 euros in attributed revenue. Similar workflows apply to seasonal promotions, win-back mailings and recurring product newsletters, where the AI selects items each customer is likely to click, even products a marketer would not think to feature.
