Airtable AI adds AI models directly into Airtable's no-code platform so teams can build apps, interfaces and automations by describing what they need. Omni, an AI app builder and data analyst, creates apps from conversation, while Field Agents run research, analysis and content tasks across records at scale. A Free plan covers lightweight use, and the Team plan costs $20 per user per month billed annually, charged only for people with edit permissions.
Operations managers, marketers, product teams and analysts who already organize work in bases are the obvious fit, particularly those without engineering help. Admins keep control by enabling AI at the workspace level, enterprise customers can pick which models are available from providers including OpenAI, Anthropic and Meta, and model providers do not retain data or train on it. Amazon Bedrock is an option for added data separation.
Example workflows on the product pages include enriching leads with company data as deals land, triaging customer feedback by sentiment and routing issues automatically, turning one brief into several campaign concepts, researching venues and attendees for events, and extracting line items, costs and specs from PDFs. Recurring workflows can connect systems and automate tasks without code, and Omni can answer questions from data inside a base or from the web. AI Plays offer ready-made starting points that teams can adapt to their own processes. Interfaces built on top of shared data give each team a view tailored to its job, so a marketer, an analyst and an operations lead can all work from the same base without duplicating records or exporting spreadsheets.
