The chat experience is awful, photo uploads are slow and unreliable, and the character generation is way off no matter how clearly you describe what you want. Once I saw how bad it was, I tried to unsubscribe, but there was no proper cancellation option. I deleted my account and still got charged anyway. Complete ripoff.
